Spacious rooms with a stunning lake view and great air conditioning. The location was convenient, with easy access to the lake and many nearby restaurants and attractions.

The room was not properly cleaned, there were spider webs in the bathroom, and the pillows were hard and uncomfortable.

It was good to find an appartment for six people in the center of Bevano for a reasonable price. The appartment was clean and well furnished.

Our room was at the front of the hotel. The street outside the hotel is incredibly loud. The restaurant was good but overpriced.

The apartment gave us the flexibility we needed and it's location was perfect for our needs.

We didn't like the charges hidden in the small print that were added to the final bill, i.e. the cost of heating and cleaning charge - we were happy to pay the additional amount but feel that it should have been included in the advertised price as it was obligatory.

We loved this hotel's central location near the lake and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Our room was clean and spacious with a beautiful balcony overlooking the lake. The transportation was convenient with a boat pier nearby.

For us, it was ideal.

It is right in the center of Baveno, with boat station 2 min away, couple of restaurants. Appartaments are on the last floor, spacious, good equipped, with nice view.

When booking we saw that appartments are a bit cheaper then regular double room (surprising, but possible off season...), so we took those. At check out we were informed that cost of cleaning (56 euro) is applicable. And it was written in small letters in special conditions... well, you have to read those, but overall impression was spoiled :( and the restaurant was not working, but there are couple nearby

This hotel is located near the lake and right in the center of town with many restaurants and cafes close by. the rooms are clean and have nice bathrooms, but the breakfast is basic. There are some advantages to having a kitchenette and balcony, as well as access to a nearby beach club.

The staff was less than helpful and lacked clear communication with us regarding parking.

The location was excellent, just 50 meters from the boat pier with regular boats to the islands. The top floor suite was lovely and charming. The staff, especially the older woman at the front desk, was incredibly helpful and made the stay even better. The room was big, clean, and had a large balcony. Staff allowed for a late check-out, which was convenient.

All was good.

Great value accommodation with excellent amenities, located a short walk from the waterfront and local shops. Staff was extremely helpful and even offered to assist with train timetables and transport to the station. The room was spacious, clean and with a balcony that offered beautiful views.

Limited space for parking, but there are free residential parking slots nearby, which can be packed during the peak season. The road traffic nearby can be quite noisy, but it's a minor detail given all the great aspects of this hotel. a great place to stay for a weekend break.
